The transfer pumps are not duplexed, they must be, with each pump designed to ensure a flow rate at least equal to the maximum net withdrawal rate from the tank under actual installation conditions. In addition, the piping at the building entrance is partly hidden and corroded. Make modifications to the building entrance so that the pipe joints are clearly visible.
