Reference Number 0000300051 Project context: Exterior lighting in the garden of the Guy-Favreau Complex The lamps in the streetlights, bollards, and spotlights are metal halide, which results in a lack of uniformity in the lighting tones in the garden. The average lighting levels measured in the courtyard are low and can be explained, among other things, by the fact that the deteriorated lenses of the devices reduce the lighting levels and that some devices are not functional. Provide all materials, labor, connection, start-up, tools and equipment necessary for the complete execution of all work described. The list of work will include, but is not limited to: One-for-one replacement of existing lighting fixtures and poles with new LEDs Complete replacement of wiring from the exterior lighting equipment to the electrical rooms inside the building, retention of the existing lighting control system by replacing the current photocell, and replacement of the existing contactors with a relay panel. In addition to this work, all related architectural, structural and landscape architecture work is required.
