Bid packages for this project are divided into the following prime contracts: BP1 - General Trades BP2 - Plumbing BP3 - Fire Suppression BP4 - HVAC BP5 - Electrical Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Bank Draft in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%), of the bid and made payable to Ridgeland School District 122. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish payment and performance bonds in the full amount of the Contract at the time contract is awarded by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Illinois and approved by the District. The District Board reserves the right to reject any applicable bids for any reason, if it decides that such rejection is in the District's interest, to reject any nonconforming bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to make award on that bid, which, in its opinion, is most advantageous to the District.
