The project is expected to be awarded on October 2025.** The City of Nashua, Division of Public Works, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors with industrial emergency generator repair experience to replace the radiator and associated components in one of the Wastewater Treatment Facility's emergency generators. Installation must be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Completion times for the project will be as follows: 49 consecutive calendar days for substantial completion. 56 consecutive calendar days for final completion. Liquidated damages of $500 for each working day will be assessed for delays beyond the established dates for substantial completion and final completion. The time of receipt shall be considered when a bid has been officially documented by the Purchasing Department, in accordance with its established policies, as having been received at the location designated above. The City accepts no responsibility for mislabelled mail. Any and all damage that may occur due to shipping shall be the Bidders responsibility.
