**As of September 11th, 2025, the project was awarded to Glenn O Hawbaker, with an awarded amount of $1,326,311.45.** For the following contract: Paving Bid Contract: Perform approximately 34,697 SY of roadway surface milling; furnish and place approximately 3,378 tons of wearing course, 9.5 mm; perform approximately 161 tons of 19.0 mm base repairs; Perform approximately 61 each of manhole height adjustments; Perform approximately 33 each water valve box height adjustments; Install approximately 240 LF of asphalt rolled curbing. Perform approximately 29 ADA ramp updates; Perform approximately 187 LF of curb removal and replacement; Furnish and install 1 EA inlet top unit adjustment; Perform approximately 11 each gas valve box height adjustment; Perform approximately 260 CY of roadway mill/excavation; Furnish and place approximately 280 Tons of 2A subbase; Furnish and place approximately 168 Ton of 19.0 mm binder; Perform approximately 456 Ton of 25.0 mm base repair; Remove and replace approximately 2 CY of concrete roadway swale; furnish and install 320 LF of double yellow line paint; Furnish and install 11 white arrow legends, 7 white only legends, 1 R.R. X-ing legend. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. The City of Williamsport reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
