The County Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Portions Thereof or to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. If Written Notice of the Acceptance of This Bid is Mailed or Delivered to the Bidder Within Sixty (60) Days After the Opening Thereof, or at Any Time Thereafter Before the Bid is Withdrawn, the Bidder Agrees to Execute and Deliver the Agreement in the Form Prescribed City of Williamsport. Levee Pump Station Project Proposals Shall Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope Containing Bid, Bid Bond, and Other Required Forms and Shall Be Addressed to City of Williamsport Public Works, and Shall Be Plainly Marked With the Wording, Information for the Meeting Will Be Emailed to Registered Planholders. Notice is Hereby Given That This Project is a Public Works Project and is Subject to Applicable Provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, P.l., 744 and the Us Department of Labor Davis Bacon Wage Rate Requirements. Award is subject to final approval.
