As of July 17, 2025, the project has been awarded to the following. Full Depth Reclamation - (Recon Construction Services Inc) - $216,872.35 Seal Coat - (Russel Standard) - $9,747.24 Municipal Building For the following contracts: Road Reclamation Contract: Contractor to perform approximately 4,558 SY of full depth cement roadway reclamation; furnish and apply approximately 145 tons of Portland cement; furnish and apply approximately 616 tons of 9.5 mm asphalt wearing course; furnish 1 mix design. Roadway Seal Coat Contract: Furnish and apply approximately 1,889 SY of asphalt seal coat single application; furnish and apply approximately 1,889 SY of asphalt fog seal. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Roadway Seal Coat Contract: Furnish and apply approximately 1,889 SY of asphalt seal coat single application; furnish and apply approximately 1,889 SY of asphalt fog seal. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Pennsylvania Prevailing wages apply to road reclamation contract only. Seal coat work is to be completed by September 15, 2025. Contractor is required to sweep clean all surfaces of roadway before placement of any seal coat material and the clean-up of excess stone material by sweeping after placement is complete. Provide Traffic Control according to Pub. 213, 212 and the MUTCD. Contractor is required to contact Old Lycoming Township 2 weeks prior to start of work. Bidder acknowledges that this bid is for a public works contract and bidder is therefore subject to the provisions, duties, obligations and penalties of the Public Works Employment Verification Act, 43 P.S. 167.1-167.11, which is incorporated herein by reference.
