Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations and Maintenance Contractor The Reading Regional Airport Authority (RRAA) is seeking proposals from experienced, qualified firms, capable of operating and maintaining the RRAA wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. The term of the contract will be for five (5) years with the possibility of two (2), one-year extensions for a possible maximum of seven (7) years. The Reading Regional Airport Authority, Owner hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any informality in bids received, and to accept the Bid, which is in the best interest of the Authority, consistent with the laws affecting municipal contract awards.
