The project includes closed circuit televising and cleaning of 8" & 10" sanitary sewer mainlines and manhole inspections. CCTV and manhole inspections shall be NASSCO certified. Heavy cleaning, if necessary, removal of debris from sanitary sewers, and traffic control will also be part of this project. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the above-specified date for receiving, opening, and reading of bids, except as specifically may be provided by law. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Surety Company's Bid Bond on the form provided in the Bid Documents, naming as payee or Obligee, Maidencreek Township Authority, Blandon, Berks County in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid submitted. The Surety Company must be acceptable to the Authority. All bidders must furnish bid security, Performance Bonds, Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance coverage as required by the Contract Documents. All Contracts exceeding $10,000.00 shall be performed in compliance with Executive Order 11246, entitled, "Equal Employment Opportunity," as amended by Executive Order 11375 and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (41 CFR Part 60). Maidencreek Township Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all bids, and to delete any item or portion of an item without affecting the bids on the remaining items or portion of items.
