BASE BID - The base bid project consists primarily of construction of the asphalt berm across the borough office frontage as indicated on the plans, filling of surface fissures in the fill area denoted as the hatched area on the plans, and construction of a new sanitary lateral connection from the borough office across State Street to the sewer main on the north side of State Street, site grading, erosion controls and all associated work. Bid Envelopes/Packets are to be sealed and plainly marked with the Project Name Oakland Borough Site Repairs and Bid ID 25-07502 and contain all the specifications and the 10% Bid Bond along with all other pertinent information.
