The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Demolition, renovation and addition to a mixed-use educational development. The phases are broken out below: Phase 3A- New addition and any select demolition required to anchor new construction to the existing building. Phase 3B- Alteration work to the other buildings on the campus SED No. 03-90-00-00-0-009-023 Project no - 2240339.01 As of August 11, 2025, a construction manger has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. The Work will be completed by Multiple Prime Contracts. The Work ofthis contract generally includes, but is not limited to. Genera] Construction, Masonry Construction, Roofing Construction, Plumbing including Fire Protection, Mechanical, Electrical, and Site. The Contractor shall take note that their contract incorporates ALL drawings, details and specifications for the particular site they are bidding.
