Include manual operator accessible from the ground level. Remove three (3) pad-mounted, high voltage (34.5 KV) switches with associated appurtenance and dispose of per applicable regulations. Bypass these switches with new medium voltage cable per specification in this bid package. Remove one (1) pad-mounted, high voltage (34.5 KV) switch located adjacent to 34.5KV transformer along with associated appurtenance and dispose of per applicable regulations. Furnish and install one (1) new pad - mounted switch with associate appurtenances and safety devices per NYSEG standards and specifications in this bid package. Provide new wire and conduit where required. Wire to be rated for 34.5 KV system along with required insulators, termination equipment, and other devices per NYSEG standard installation details. Provide all labor, equipment, specialties, tools, and certifications required by NYSEG for a complete installation.
