Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Homedale, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of removing and disposing of approximately 50 cy of existing reinforced concrete boat ramp, constructing a new ramp profile, and pouring a new reinforced concrete ramp. The new ramp will be constructed in two sections: a cast in place section and a precast push in place section. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required of the successful bidder prior to the award of a contract if the bid amount is greater than $100,000. If a bidder does not currently have a Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho, he must verify the capability of obtaining a license prior to submitting a proposal. Include names and Public Works License number on Sub-Contractor List as part of bid if total project value is greater than $100,000.
