This project generally includes the resurfacing of the Hickory Creek Bikeway from just south of US Route 30 (Lincoln Highway) and continues south 2,700 ft. to the existing Old Plank Road Trail in Will County, IL. Work shall also include the restoration of shoulders following the paving. The FOREST PRESERVE DISTRICT OF WILL COUNTY reserves the right to accept any bid or any part or parts or combinations thereof, to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to reject any or all bids.
