Reference Number 0000299936 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/08/22 12:00:00 PM CDT Installation of two (2) 1500mm corrugated steel culverts at (1) site including frost taper, on Provincial Road 373, at 2.5km North of the Intersection of PR 373 and Kistapinan Drive in the Community of Norway House, in Unorganized Electoral Division of Flin Flon. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than October 1, 2026. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. In Addition to the Daily Liquidated Damages, a Lump Sum Liquidated Damage of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars Will Be Charged to the Contractor if the Work is Not Completed by October 1, 2026. In Addition the Lump Sum Liquidated Damages Will Be Charged to the Contractor on a Recurrent Annual Basis Until Substantial Completion. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: April 15th to June 30th of Any Given Year. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
