All Submitted Bids Must Be in a Sealed Envelope Clearly Marked: Pour Concrete Floor and Approaches for New Building. Description of Work: The contractor shall pour a concrete floor into our new storage building and approaches and overhang. Project Schedule: This project is to be completed prior to November 1, 2025. No work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. In the event of a Labor Dispute, lockout, or strike, there will be no extensions of time and liquidated damages will begin on November 1, 2025, if the project is not completed. Project Notes: 1. Building Floor- The inside of the building (38'x130'x6") will need 5000 psi reinforced concrete with a linear floor drain (removable grates with galvanized runners, as well as solid plating above the grating) in the center of the building with wire mesh in it running length ways down floor for 1' x 80'. Need to provide a insulation between the floor slab and the exterior of the building. Shall provide an 8" solid wall SDR 35 PVC pipe outlet out of the building to a stub 10' past the approach slab. The drain is not currently going to be used and there is not anticipated to be water service in the structure but the drain is being placed so if water is added then the floor does not need to be replaced. The drain needs to be capped with a removable cap. 2. Overhang- Off each side pour a 15 ft slab under the overhang. Will need 5000 psi reinforced concrete, dimensions are 15'x130'x6". 3.
