Renovation of a swimming pool in Harlingen, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Harlingen CISD Aquatic Center HVAC and Boiler Replacement Deposit of Bonafide proposers will be retuned in full if complete Contract Documents are retuned in good condition within ten (10) days after proposal opening. Electronic documents will also be available for a non-refundable fee of $35.00 plus tax. The engineer's office will be responsible for the distribution of any additional addenda to prospective bidders. Shipping and/or postage expense of the delivery of any Contract Documents shall be at the proposer's expense. All proposals must be on a lump sum basis, including General Contract, Electrical, and Mechanical work. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the largest possible total of proposals submitted must accompany each proposal in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract value will be required upon issuance of the contract. Any questions concerning information contained herein or additionally required shall be addressed in writing to DBR Engineering. All questions shall be addressed in written format and shall be e-mailed to the address provided herein (sward@dbrinc.com). After all questions have been completed, a composite list of questions and answers will be sent to all proposers via Addendum
