Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to perform maintenance and repair services for automatic door operators. Services include scheduled preventive maintenance, unscheduled repairs, and emergency service calls to ensure proper operation and safety compliance of all automatic door systems. Work must be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable safety standards. The contractor is responsible for inspecting, testing, adjusting, and replacing components as needed, including motors, sensors, control panels, and mechanical parts. Documentation of service activities and coordination with facility personnel is required to minimize disruption to operations. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026
