Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ferguson, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of approximately 4,200 SY of street milling, 1,800 TONS of asphalt overlay with fiber reinforcement, 5,200 LF of concrete rolled curb, 5,700 LF of rubberized edge seal, and minor concrete street slab replacement in accordance with the plans and specifications and other items identified in the contract documents. The contractor is responsible for all items of work necessary to complete the project. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashiers check or certified check, or a Bid Bond executed by the BIDDER and an approved surety company and payable to the City, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the sum total of the base bid. The DBE goal for this letting is a minimum 6% of the total contract amount. All BIDDERS must meet the MoDOT requirements as a Contractor prior to bid opening in accordance with the Missouri Standard Specification Book for Highway Construction. A Performance Bond and Payment and Materials Bond are required. MO DOT- Robert Avenue Improvements Envelope shall be marked CITY OF FERGUSON - ROBERT AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS STP 5583(610).
