Questions received after this day and time will not be accepted or answered. If the question involves the equality or use of products or methods, it must be accompanied by drawings, specifications, or other data in sufficient detail to enable the Engineer* to determine the equality or suitability of the product or method. In general, the Engineer* will neither approve nor disapprove particular products prior to the opening of the bids; such products will be considered when offered by the Contractor for incorporation into the work. The work to be performed under this contract generally consists of removal, regrading, & resetting of existing 8"x8" concrete pavers, removal & installation of concrete, installation of 8"x8" concrete pavers & stump removal. The location of this work is on High Street between Mulberry Street and Broad Street, Buck Park on Buck Street. Alternate work is located on adjacent side streets of Sassafras Street from Buck Street to High Street, Pine Street from Buck Street to High Street, Broad Street East & West of High Street, and Mulberry Street from Buck Street to Second Street.
