Sealed bids will be received by the Millville Housing Authority for the Shingle Roof Replacement at Holly City Family Center. Remove and replace approx. 5,200 square feet of asphalt fiberglass roof shingles on hip roof with an approx. slope of 4:12. Replace all underlayments, ice and water shield, flashings, etc.Gutters, downspouts, and fascias are to remain.
