Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Brigham City, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 3,000-square-foot fire / police facility.
The Project consists of demolition and remodel of existing 3,000 square feet of office space and is generally located at 20 North Main Street, Brigham City . A. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, services, and documentation necessary to construct the Project defined herein. The Work may include related services such as testing, start-up, and commissioning, all as required by the Contract Documents. B. The Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Project is generally described as follows: Police Department 1 stFloor Office Remodel ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $404,500 No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
