The Project consists of utility and roadway extension and is generally located along 100 South between 1000 West and 1050 West. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $535,745.25. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Zac Burk,zacb@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm on May 20, 2025. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
