Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Utah Communication Authority ("UCA") Questions Due Date: Apr 14th 2025, 3:00 PM MDT Assess water damage in walls/floor and repair. Reconstruct and reenvelope as needed. Plans and bids for this scope of work should include additional measures to protect contents of the building during execution of remediation. Inclusive of any required mold remediation. Project completion date is 4/30/25. o Assess water damage to building and remediate. o Contractor to provide all materials, tools, equipment, and labor. o Site accessible by truck year-round. Dupont Building constructed of Steel, Wood, and Fiberglass. o Assess building damaged from water intrusion. o Remove non salvageable materials and dispose. o Repair as needed. o Replace insulation as needed. o Replace building envelope as needed. o Exposed roof material(s) shall remain white in color, as to reflect heat. o Building must not be left open overnight during construction activity in order to prevent weather, animals, insects, and people from entering. o Dispose of all removed material at time of removal. o No removed material to remain onsite overnight. o Provide clear photos of in-progress construction activities as well as comprehensive post construction photos for UCA records. In-progress construction photos shall be sent daily to the assigned UCA Project Manager. o UCA to inspect and approve all work prior to payment. o Provide UCA with waterproof envelope Warranty and details. o Building dimension shown in Exhibit A. o Building photos shown in Exhibit B. o Building envelope shall be uniform in appearance upon completion.
