Technical questions about the bid shall be directed to purchasing@midland-mi.org. The City requests design, construction administration and construction inspection services for the local street reconstruction projects listed below, some of which include water main replacement. As this project is planned to receive federal funds through a Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Relief (CDBG-DR) grant, the successful bidder shall meet the construction administration requirements of the MEDC, included herein.
