Mobilization and Maintenance of Traffic are incidental to the pay items listed. Question Deadline 09/04/2025 at 5:00 PM ET, Questions posted to this site will be responded to by the Department. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
