Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 414,000-square-foot, 10-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Florida State University (FSU), as "Owner", is hereby soliciting Statements of Qualifications for selection of a general contractor to provide Construction Management Services for a 10-story, 370,000SF, Student Residence Hall and a partially integrated 44,000SF Dining Facility, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). It is the Owner's desire to have the Housing and Dining Facilities designed and constructed to a level of quality and timeliness that reflects the long-term use of a facility to meet owner requirements.
