Reference Number 0000300286 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/09/02 11:59:00 AM CDT Gods Lake first nation (GLFN) has an intent of hiring an Architectural and/or Engineering consulting and other related professional services for the performance of a PRE CAPITAL needs assessment and feasibility study related to the on Reserve First Nation Child and Family Services for the community. a) The selected service provider will gather and compile the necessary information for the Pre-Capital Needs Assessment report. This includes but not limited to onsite data collection and review of existing facilities, conducting meetings with the Chief and Council, community members, project team and available CFS activists and agencies in the community, determine servicing gaps and recommend potential solutions. b) The consultant shall work with the community through the assessment process and ensure that all key aspects, such as infrastructure needs and service gaps, are thoroughly examined. Recommendations for capital solutions shall be developed to make the service delivery compliant to the unique cultural, historical, and geographical characteristics of GLFN. c) Prepare and submit the final CFS Needs Assessment Report to the community within specified time of this TOR.
