Reference Number 0000300399 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/08/27 12:00:00 PM CDT The work shall consist of approximately 570 hours of mowing grade slopes, ditches and dikes along Provincial Waterways at vaious locations in the Portage La Prairie, Cartier and Elm Creek areas in Watersheeds 21, 24, 25, 100 and 101. COMPLETION MODEL The Contract will be assessed Liquidated Damages and Charged Days in accordance with the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Site Occupancy. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The Work must be completed by no later than November 7, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. Completion date is based on accelerated production rates. SEASONAL SHUTDOWN DATE The Seasonal Shutdown Date for this project is November 10, 2025.
