Reference Number 0000395057 Bid Intent Not Available Job Location: Citywide 47th and Telluride Park is a new 13.2-acre park to be built on a 19-acre plot of native land located in Denver's Gateway neighborhood, adjacent to KIPP Northeast School. The remaining 6.8 acres of land are maintained by Mile High Flood District and Town Center Metro District with the Derby Canal across this area. The project follows a Master Plan, dated June 2022. Per the Master Plan, the park includes a playground, community garden, multi-use lawn area, picnic areas, pavilion, habitat garden, basketball court, interactive water features, unpaved 'Discovery Path' along the Derby Canal, and new irrigation and landscape improvements. Landscape maintenance is required for a period following construction as outlined within the Project Specifications. Communication and coordination with the active neighborhood and with the adjacent school will be fundamental to the community, so as not to interrupt school operations (specifically daily drop off and pick up of students) and the success of the project.
