PCL/ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM) for the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project, requests quotation from qualified 3rd Party Lead Specialty Structural Engineers (SSE)s for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEC) for the Work outlined in this Tender Package. The overall scope of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project includes but is not limited to the exterior heritage rehabilitation of the building envelope including masonry, windows, and copper roof. The interior works include demolition and abatement, structural steel seismic upgrades, mechanical and electrical system upgrades, gypsum, acoustic ceilings, paint, and carpet.
