Reference Number 0000300339 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/08/27 11:59:00 PM EDT The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified firms or independent consultants to provide Professional Engineering Services for the City’s Traffic and Transportation Planning requirements, as described in the Annex A, Terms of Reference. The City’s objective is to qualify Companies in one, or more of the following Engineering Consulting Service Categories: Category 1 - Pedestrian and Cycling Program Category 2 - Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Category 3 - Neighbourhood Traffic Calming Category 4 - Parking Category 5 - Traffic Investigations, Surveys and Management Category 6 - Transit Priority and High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Lanes Category 7a - Road Safety Category 7b - Road Safety Audits Category 8 - Road Network Modifications Category 9 - Traffic Signals Category 10 - Travel Demand Modelling and Analysis Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
