Site work and paving for a civil project in Franklin, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Project Description: This project consists of widening 1.03 miles of Rohr Road to provide left turn lanes at Bixby Road and Creekside Parkway. This project also includes the addition of a two-way left turn lane from Creekside Parkway to a point 375' from the intersection of Shook Road and Rohr Road. Improvements include full depth pavement replacement and widening, curb and gutter, guardrail, storm sewer, drainage, and traffic control. ENG ESTIMATE $4,175,800.23 The amount of the certified check or cashier's check shall be equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. The work shall be completed no later than October 31, 2026. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids. EBE Goal: 8% Project
