Misquamicut Fire District Building Committee Invitation to Bid The Misquamicut Fire District (MFD),, acting through its District Building Committee, invites sealed bids, by qualified architectural firms who are interested in assisting the district located in Westerly, Rl in a project to significantly renovate arid upgrade the district fire station. The architectural work to be performed will include design work to bring current conceptual plans to fruition, bidding services to identify a contractor to implement the final design, and construction oversight to ensure project conforms to drawing requirements. The Misquamicut Fire District Building Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids which are not conforming to the bid package requirements and/or considered not to be in the best interest of the Fire District.
