Site work and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Whitestown, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The Project includes the following Work: New Pedestrian Bridge Carrying Jackson Creek Trail over Jackson Creek Question Deadline 08/22/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Submit questions to Jon Korff, P.E.; Email jkorff@bfsengr.com; Phone 317-713-4615 Bid Security Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check made payable to the Town of Whitestown or an acceptable bid bond in the amount equal to 10% of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana and whose name appears on the current Treasury Department Circular 570. Bonds A Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price will be required from the Contractor to whom the work is awarded.
