Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Whitestown, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The work involves the design, construction, operation, management, maintenance, and/or financing for the construction of a new park within the Town of Whitestown, Indiana, on approximately 11 acres at the south corner of the former Wrecks Property at 7060 S Indianapolis Road. The developer's scope may include these activities and a scoping phase evaluating development of a new park facility with related public amenities. The selected developer will convey the completed park improvements to the Town following the operation period. The scope of operations will be further defined through a scoping period after selection. Design has already been initiated through a Town-held agreement and is expected to be completed by December 2025. A preliminary schematic plan is included as Exhibit A. Proposals will be evaluated based on the proposed project development timeline and strategy, relevant experience developing similar projects, the capacity to develop the project, and the reputation for performing this type of project.
