Work to be performed generally includes: Removal one (1) existing PRV and bypass line and replacement with straight pipe in an existing vault. Installation of three (3) new, prefabricated PRV vaults procured by Triview. One (1) vault installation occurs in-line with the existing water main and includes installation of a tee upstream of the vault to install a tie-in to another existing water main. A second vault installation occurs in line with the water main. A third vault installation occurs offset from the water main. The Successful Bidder forthe Project will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract Price, in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents. Triview will procure the vaults and store at a Triview facility until the start of Work. Work includes coordinating transport and receipt of vaults on site including crane to load and offload vaults, excavation, concrete work, site utilities, vault installation, bypass line installation, equipment installation, startup and commissioning, and all other work incidental to the project as shown on the enclosed drawings. .
