2026 Triview and Forest Lakes PRV Vault Installation project Work to be performed generally includes: Removal one (1) existing PRV and bypass line and replacement with straight pipe in an existing vault. Installation of three (3) new, prefabricated PRV vaults procured by Triview. One (1) vault installation occurs in-line with the existing water main and includes installation of a tee upstream of the vault to install a tie-in to another existing water main. A second vault installation occurs in line with the water main. A third vault installation occurs offset from the water main. Work shall be within Town of Monument boundaries and within public right-of-way and shall be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Qualifications of the BIDDER and/or BIDDER's subcontractor(s) should include experience in installation of prefabricated vaults, installation of potable water lines by open cut, the ability to post performance and payment bonds, and the ability to deliver the work in conformance with specifications within the contract time. Basis of award will be the lowest responsive and responsible Bid as determined by OWNER. No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date Bids are opened. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that Bid or combination of Bids, if any, which, in its sole and absolute judgment, will under all circumstances best serve the OWNER's interest. No Bid will be accepted from any firm, person, or corporation who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, or is deemed incompetent, irresponsible or unreliable by the OWNER. The Successful Bidder forthe Project will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract Price, in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. Bidders are hereby advised that the OWNER reserves the right to not award a Contract until sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids, and Bidders expressly agree to keep their Bids open forthe sixty (60) day time period. OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders' qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is in the opinion of the OWNER in its best interest. OWNER reserves the right to accept any combination of Bids which in OWNER's sole, and absolute judgment will, under all circumstances, best serve the OWNER's interests. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid. The last day for submission of questions shall be Monday, Sept. 8, 2025.
