Reference Number 0000392441 Bid Intent Not Available The Authority is requesting consulting support, to work in partnerships with the Project Planning and Workflow Manager (PPWM), Merrick & Company, to advance LWS with a reservoir expansion plan. The contract awarded under this solicitation will be a Task Order (TO) based contract. Task order 1 includes preliminary design of the tasks listed in this solicitation. The Loop Water Authority (the "Authority") is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado formed pursuant to that certain Establishment Agreement entered into by and between its members: Town of Monument, Donala Water and Sanitation District, and Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District No. 1. The Authority was formed to support a wholesale treated water supply concept for its members, known as the "Loop Water System" (LWS). The LWS will convey existing water rights and supplies and rediverted reusable municipal sewered return flows via new and existtting water storage, conveyance, and treatment facilities to deliver a reliable potable water supply to the Authority's Members. The project scope for CREPD includes 1) Project Initiation, Scoping, and Information Review, 2) Site Investigations, Studies, and Regulatory Review, and 3) Preliminary Design and Basis of Design Report for submission to DWR Dam Safety, the Authority, PPWM, and other project Stakeholders for review.
