Renovation of a municipal facility in Monument, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Project is no longer needed.** Reference Number 0000389935 Job Location: Monument Lake, Monument, CO Installation of water line and sanitary line for a 2-unit prefabricated public restroom facility. Building pad is complete, and sanitary tap is present. Excavation/trenching for sanitary service line and water service line to be done by others. Water line needs to be installed connecting water service from Town of Monument Water Department curb stop to stub location, per building specifications. Approximately 85 feet of water line. Sanitary line needs to be installed from stub locations on building pad, per builder specifications, to Palmer Lake Sanitation Department tap. Approximately 15 feet from stubs to sanitary tap. Coordination with Palmer Lake Sanitation Department and Town of Monument Water Department during install and presence on the date of building install will be required. Palmer Lake Sanitation requires the installation of a service meter inside building on date of install. Please include in scope.
