Site work for a water / sewer project in Monument, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The well will be completed in the Arapahoe aquifer. Work on this project is anticipated to commence no later than May 5, 2025 and proceed on a 24-hour basis during drilling and well completion. The project shall be substantially complete within 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued and finally complete within 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. Bidders will not be required to submit a bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to supply one performance bond and one labor and material payment bond. In addition, the successful bidder will be required to supply evidence of public liability and property damage insurance and Workmen's Compensation insurance, in accordance with the contract documents. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to answer questions. Any questions which cannot be answered by direct reference to the Bidding Documents will be answered by formal written Addenda as outlined under Interpretations and Addenda. The pre-bid conference will include a tour of the site conducted by representatives of Owner and Engineer. All interested parties are invited to attend.
