Reference Number 0000384811 Job Location: Town of Monument Description of Work: The work includes but is not limited to construction of the Wells No. 11, 12 & 13 Iron Removal project, located at three separate sites. Each of the three sites includes construction of an iron removal system consisting of a cartridge filter system, oxidation contact yard piping, and modifications to existing process piping. The Work shall include all civil, structural, and mechanical work required therein. Question Deadline 05/09/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions related to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to the ENGINEER for the project, and all questions shall be in writing. It shall be understood, however, that no interpretations of the manufacturer's drawings will be made by telephone. No clarifications or questions will be answered three (3) days prior to bid date. Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Surety Bond 100 % The certified or cashier's check, money order, or bidder's bond shall be enclosed in the same envelope with the bid. Refer to Article 13 in Section 00 21 13 - "Instructions to Bidders" for additional submittal requirements. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, if in the best interest of the OWNER.
