The Project includes the following Work: Installation of 14 EA drainage inlets, 6 EA wingwalls, 470 LF of 24" HDPE pipe, 470 LF of 36" HDPE pipe, 135 LF of 4'x3' concrete box culvert, 104 LF of 5'x3' concrete box culvert, clean and reshape 1,000 LF of existing roadside ditch, 500 LF of waterline relocation, 600 LF of asphalt trench repair, and other miscellaneous items. The Work will be substantially completed within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 135 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1000.00per day. A bidder may not withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to City of Summersville in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid.
