Renovation of a municipal facility in Lincoln Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids to construct a mezzanine-style conveyor/sorting system built to fit the existing facility. 64-foot sorting line (8) 20 by 24-inch drop slots. 24-inch-wide belt line 24 - inch-high backsplash. 64-foot belt sorting line flashing on both sides with 4-inch-high rails. 30-degree incline conveyor 30 inch wide with reinforced 2-inch-high cleats and flashing strips on each side. Incline conveyor 7 feet wide 4 feet deep containment hopper. Walk area to be 48 inch wide with 1/2 inch rubber walk pad with handrails throughout. Bed of conveyor shall be 3/16-inch steel. Frame shall be constructed of 6-inch channel iron with 4-inch channel iron cross members and 4-inch square tubing legs. Both conveyors shall have 10-inch rubber-faced crowned pulleys. Both conveyors will be equipped with 50 to 1 ratio shaft mounted 5 horsepower direct coupled motors with variable frequency drives. Systems shall be built to fit existing facility, painted, and installed completely ready to run with adequate training. The Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
