Reference Number 0000411725 The project consists of the construction of a new 875 square foot single-story barn superstructure and foundation, with an upper mezzanine. The project scope also includes the construction of a new brick sidewalk around the barn and all associated finish grading. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % At the bid opening the Contractor must supply a BID GUARANTEE of 5 percent of the TOTAL AMOUNT of the bid submitted. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of the openings of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigate the qualifications of the Bidders, prior to awarding the Contract. *The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or waive any informality in the Bidding. Bid proposals received after the date and time specified in the Invitation shall be considered unresponsive and will be returned to the Bidder unopened. The City of Oneonta does not accept bids by Fax or Email.
