Renovation of an educational facility in Oneonta, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The State University of New York at Oneonta is seeking qualifications from design firms/teams for the design and construction administration for the installation/upgrade of emergency generators for the following residence halls: Curtis, Grant and Macduff Halls. Design will include automatic transfer switches and code compliance with current building code and electric code Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 16% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 14% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% This project will install two emergency generators: one serving Curtis and Grant Halls and one serving Macduff Hall. Design will include automatic transfer switches and code compliance with current building code and electric code. Curtis Hall is a 54,800 SF residence hall built in 1966. Curtis is a quad-style residence hall, has four floors and 206 beds. The peak load is the last 12 months was 68kW in December. This building has a service elevator. Grant Hall is 54,800 SF residence hall built in 1966. Grant is a quad-style residence hall, has four floors and 208 beds. The peak load is the last 12 months was 81kW in November. This building has a service elevator. Macduff Hall is a 57,300 SF residence hall built in 1968. Macduff is a suite-style residence hall, has five floors and 228 beds. The peak load is the last 12 months was 65kW in November. This building has a service elevator. Construction budget $825,000
