**As of December 30th, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 091108, titled LED Lighting Retrofit: Morris Complex and Chase PE Building. The main features of the work include, but are not limited to: Electrical Lighting Demolition, Installation of Conduit & Wiring, Installation of LED Luminaires, and Installation of Lighting Controls. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five percent of the Total Bid. To be eligible, bidders must purchase bid documents from the location specified. Payment of a deposit for documents is required unless waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.
