Renovation of an educational facility in Oneonta, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of performing, installing, furnishing, and supplying all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 091106, titled Replace Air Handler Unit #3 - Fine Arts, and carrying out all duties and obligations imposed by the contract documents. The main features of the work include PCB and asbestos abatement, selective mechanical and electrical demolition, duct cleaning, installation of air handling unit and associated piping, electrical work and controls, and testing, adjusting, and balancing. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid. It is the policy to encourage minority business enterprise participation; all bidders are expected to cooperate in this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
