Site work for a transportation facility in Oneonta, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Per the project title above, the project include:o Excavation for and installation of a 41-10" x 30, 12 thick reinforced concrete pad.o Removal, relocation, and/or installation of 90 linear feet of 10 chain link fence with barbed wire.o Conduit and handholes for future electrical connections.o Minor asphalt pavingo Rigging required to lift and set (2) fuel tanks and (1) aluminum building provided by others. Questions are submitted online No All bids must be accompanied by a Proposal Surety in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful Bidder entering into a contract with the City shall provide sufficient surety in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds as outlined in the Contract Documents. Maintenance Bond 100 % Labor and Materials Bond 100 % The City of Oneonta reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All work shall be subject to equal opportunity in employment, State wage rates and all other requirements in accordance with applicable law. Question Deadline 12/04/2025 Should a Bidder find discrepancies or ambiguities in, or omission from, the Contract Documents, or should they be in doubt as to their meaning, they shall at once, and in any event, not later than seven days prior to submission of Proposal, all inquiries related to this project to Turner Bradford, PE, Project Manager, McFarland Johnson, Inc., tbradford@mjinc.com
