North Lot (approx. 5600 sq. ft) : o Remove existing geogrid material and salvage as much existing aggregate as possible o Salvage existing parking blocks and replace them once paving is complete o Install new aggregate base material, where necessary, pave the lot with 4" of asphalt, paint pavement markings and delineate ADA spaces South Lot (approx. 5600 sq. ft.): o Remove existing asphalt surface o Supplement base with aggregate as needed o Repair damaged sidewalk and drive approach o Repair damaged sections of curbing and gutter o Address grading/erosion on west end of lot; add curb and dedicated spillway o Repave lot with asphalt, paint pavement markings and delineate ADA spaces The Community Center has two (2) separate parking lots in need of repair; one on the north side of the building and one on the south side of the building. The northern parking lot is constructed with an aggregate stone base held together with a geogrid material to be replaced with asphalt. The southern parking lot is an asphalt lot with curb and gutter extending along its perimeter with the exception of the west end side to be removed and replaced. The Township is looking for three cost estimates: one for paving just the South Lot, one for paving just the North Lot and one for paving both lots at the same time.
